Individual Sessions
These sessions are tailored to your needs in the moment. They usually include an energetic component, where Hélène removes energies in and around your body that are interfering with optimum health, as well as an infusion of beneficial energy to bolster your physical and emotional health. Personalized messages from Spirit, delivered during the session, are not only healing of past issues, but are also a springboard for personal growth and fulfillment. Hélène always gives each person the full measure of her skills and warm heart. Private appointments are held either in person or by phone.
Workshops
The goal underlying the interactive workshops conducted by Hélène is to empower individuals on their own path to healing and growth. Hélène teaches you very simple, effective and practical energetic tools that you will use during the workshop and beyond, including:
